Why Join
Membership gives you access to our range, a voice in the club through monthly meetings, and a place in a community of responsible sportsmen and women. Members keep the club running and shape its future.
Membership Fees
• Initiation Dues — $100
• Regular Member — $110 annual dues
• Regular Family Membership — $145 annual dues
• Senior Member (60+) — $100 annual dues
• Senior Family Membership — $125 annual dues
Annual dues are payable at the time of sign-up. Family memberships cover spouses or significant others and children under 18.
How to Join
New members are accepted from the waiting list once a year, beginning May 1. Here is how it works:
• Submit a Wait List Request Form
• Review the Range Rules that will be attached to the acknowledgement email.
You will then be assigned a spot on the list.
Once your number comes up you will receive an official invitation
In response to the official application, submit the application to join the club
• Attend a new-member orientation
• Pay your dues after orientation — membership is official once orientation is complete and payment is received
• Receive your YCSA badge and gate access
Renewals
Membership renewal runs each spring — watch for the renewal notice with a deadline of April 30. The same application is used for new members and renewals. Renew by mail with a check to YCSA Treasurer, P.O. Box 1265, McMinnville, OR 97128, in person at the clubhouse drop box or a member meeting, or online. If you do not renew by the deadline, your spot may be offered to the waiting list.
